Project timeline
After launching the Un_Biased research project on International Women’s Day 2022, the Central District Alliance hosted conversations, workshops and drop-in events with members of the local business community.
Employers are getting better at offering flexible working but I still think there is work to do. Employers need to offer flexible working patterns to support childcare, such as school pick ups etc. This would improve productivity and morale.

These conversations were invaluable in shaping Un_Biased and helping Central District Alliance to identify a series of recommendations that directly respond to the most pressing challenges and barriers to economic participation that women face in the BID footprint.
